After such amazing hymns and melodies from the choir and orchestra, a brother shared his testimony of his journey of faith and then the brethrens shared the lessons from the previous teachings in SPBB day 1.
We should be able to do everything we do in love.
1 Corinthians 16:14
Let all your things be done with charity.
The primary doctrines bro Eli taught is love.
John 13:34-35
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
1 Corinthians 14:37
If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
One way we can love one another is that we should do everything we should do in love.
2 CORINTHIANS 6:12
Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.
It's the love taught by Christ that we should acquire.
Mathew 12:43-45
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
If we want to exhibit the love taught by Christ,then we should do everything in love.
2 Timothy 3:2
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2 Timothy 3:3-4
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Ecclesiastes 7:29
Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
Mathew 22:38-39
This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
There are different forms of love and we should be careful the love we have.
