Abre tus alas - Spread your wings

Muchas veces vivismo sin darnos cuenta cuan efímera que es la vida y recorremos los días en piloto automático perdiéndonos de las pequeñas cosas que nos llenan el alma.

Vamos corriendo rápidamente como si se tratara de una carrera en la que indefectiblemente todos llegaremos a la meta. En nosotros está decidir si iremos a toda velocidad sin detenerlos a mirar el paisaje, como si lo único importante fuese llegar y cuanto más rápido mejor.

O quizá prefiramos ir lentos, pausado, parando en cuento paisaje nos llame la atención, contemplando el intenso azul del cielo, sintiendo el viento, disfrutar de lindas caminatas por frondosos bosques, respirando aire puro y el fresco que solo allí podemos disfrutar.

Many times we live without realizing how ephemeral life is and we go through the days on autopilot, missing the little things that fill our souls.

We run quickly as if it were a race in which we will all inevitably reach the finish line. It is up to us to decide if we will go at full speed without stopping to look at the landscape, as if the only important thing was to arrive and the faster the better.

Or maybe we prefer to go slow, paused, stopping at any landscape that catches our attention, contemplating the intense blue of the sky, feeling the wind, enjoying beautiful walks through lush forests, breathing pure air and the freshness that only there we can enjoy.

¿Vos como decidís viajar? Disfrutando, observando, satisfaciendo tu curiosidad, llenando tus ojos de imágenes que nadie podrá quitar.

Sin lugar a dudas las aves tienen un gran significado en lo personal: "la libertad".

Yo decido transitar este viaje por la vida,como las aves, observando, contemplando los detalles, disfrutando del viaje, aprovechando el viento aunque esté en contra.

How do you decide to travel? Enjoying, observing, satisfying your curiosity, filling your eyes with images that no one will be able to take away.

Undoubtedly, birds have a great personal meaning: "freedom".

I decide to travel this journey through life, like the birds, observing, contemplating the details, enjoying the trip, taking advantage of the wind even if it is against me.

Si nos detuviésemos a observar la naturaleza, que sabios seríamos, cuanto más aprenderíamos. Su equilibrio es admirable y aunque a la fuerza traten de alterarla ella buscará ese equilibrio tan necesario en todos los ámbitos de la vida.

Por ello considero que es importante tomarnos el tiempo de caminar al aire libre, de buscar esos lugares que nos agraden, que nos llenen el alma, que hagan detener el vertiginoso ritmo con el que venimos.

Pasan el tiempo los años y nos damos cuenta cuando miramos por el espejo retrovisor todo lo que dejamos atrás y ya no volverá. Por ello es tan importante vivir las etapas disfrutarlas y no dejar asignaturas pendientes.

If we stopped to observe nature, how wise we would be, how much more we would learn. Its balance is admirable and even if we try to alter it by force, it will seek that balance that is so necessary in all areas of life.

That is why I think it is important to take the time to walk outdoors, to look for those places that please us, that fill our soul, that make us stop the dizzying pace with which we come.

The years go by and we realize when we look in the rear-view mirror all that we left behind and will never come back. That is why it is so important to live the stages, enjoy them and not leave unfinished business.

Pisemos el freno, bajemos del auto y disfrutemos del paisaje que está allí sin costo para todos nosotros. Seamos como las aves y recobremos nuestra libertad. Dejemos de ser presos de este mundo material que a ningún lado nos llevará.
