THE JOY I GET WHEN IT COMES TO BAKING

Happy Sunday to everyone here, I hope you're all enjoying your day? I'm sure most of the Christians if not all in the house went to church 🤗. I'm always happy when Sunday comes because it brings another feeling entirely to me and I can't just explain it. Anyways, back to what I will he sharing with everyone today which is some process in baking cake.

Like I said in my title that I derive so much joy in baking cake and others too. Ever since I started learning how to bake, I used to think that baking wasn't really for me because I saw it as something that will be very hard to learn. Yeah, there are still some parts that is still hard for me such as the icing aspect. But the mixing and baking seems very easy to do.

Most times, we use the mixing machine to mix our sugar and butter in order to make it very fluffy. The machine makes it faster and easier to mix than using hand. We mixed a lot of butter and sugar to bake because we had plenty supply to do, since there was much supply, we decided to use two mixer at the same time to fasten up the mixing process.

I had to grease the pan down awaiting the mixer to mix well and then, adding all the necessary recipes for the cake to be ready before baking in the oven

This is one of the part I seriously need to be very careful with. Trimming cake is not that easy as I thought it was but I'm getting to learn quickly 😃😂

I know I still have a lot to learn when it comes to baking and pastry, it's just a matter of time.
