SUCCESS IS THE OUTPUT OF HARD WORK
Hello everyone,
How are you all doing? I'm sure you're having a good time. Happy weekend to all my friends, don't forget the weekend if for us to spend time with our love ones. I will like to appreciate those who has always been there for me, they have supported me in many ways and I'm deeply grateful for all your efforts.
It's true that hard work leads to success and I'm sure most of you here believe me when I say that hard work leads to success. I will be telling you a true life story about someone who thought all hope were lost but his hard work paved way for him and his family.
A TRUE LIFE STORY ABOUT MY UNCLE MIKE
When I knew my uncle Mike was at the age of 10 years, that was when I lost my mom and another woman had to take me to her family to cater for me. It was a privilege entering into a new family and getting to love those who aren't even related to me in any way.
My uncle lived in a two bedroom flat with his wife, a son and his two step brothers. Whenever I my mom and I go visiting, I usually feel for him because there was no much space in the house, I will say by then, we were living much more comfortable than my uncle. I never knew his story as at then not until some years later after he built his first House.
Mike is from a family of six, his father is a chief in the village but he got married to two wives. His father never looked his side and he refused to train his female children since they will end up at the kitchen after marriage. His father love and care was directed to the second wife and her children and my uncle is from the first wife. When it was time for my uncle to go to the university, his father had refused to spend any money on his head likewise that of his siblings since he wasn't a science student. His father believed that it is only those who study science courses are the people that make it in life.
After much struggling in school, my uncle almost dropped out of school due to lack of money. He had to start riding bike just to feed himself and his siblings while he was in school. His younger brother Pascal later joined him in the okada business and both of them had to struggle together to pay school fees and also to support their siblings too. The father never asked them how they're doing nor even send money for their fees or upkeep. They struggled to finished their studies.
Years later after school, there was no job, nothing to do. He had to start sweeping the road for six years to get a little money. After six years, he got a job at one company in Abuja through his friend but his uncle had to change his name to his son's name, that was how he lost the job. Few months later when his friend saw him, he was surprised what he was still doing on the street and why he refused the job he got for him. He replied to his friend that when he got to Abuja, they told him that it wasn't his name that was on the list instead it was his cousin's name.
His uncle had changed it so his son will benefit from it. His friend later got him another job but this time in a bigger oil company. That was when his success started, he started investing in many other businesses, he got jobs for his siblings and he flew his brother Pascal outside the country. Now his brother Pascal is in Florida with his family and children.
My uncle is now one of the richest man, he now owns different houses and cars, his businesses are booming and his wife and children are in Canada. Now he's a man who knows what life is and he's always ready to help those facing through though time because he knows it's not easy. The annoying part was when he made it, his father started telling his friends and villagers that his son has arrived. Someone he never cared about nor sent to school. God being so merciful, his children forgave him, now he's outside the country too with his first wife and the second wife is in the village alone.
What I believe is that when you're determined to do something and you put enough effort towards it, you will definitely succeed. This is someone who almost gave up, but was determined, now he's a successful man and I'm so happy for him.
Like they always say "the journey is still far and though but we'll still get there".
Well written.
Thanks
You are welcome.

Yeah, you're welcome dear.
Effort begets the required success. Nothing good ever comes easy and there will always be people who will try to tell you that your dreams don't matter. You listen to them to your own detriment.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

Wow uncle Mike as been through alot, and it's great to see him finally excel, despite sewing for several years and get let off work.
His friend also deserve some kudos for his constant support.
Yes he has been through a lot, thanks to his friend for his help to making him a successful man..
That is it, when you have nothing, nobody wants to associate with you but when you make it in life, everyone suddenly wants to be identified with you.
His father is a chief, that makes it easier to send his kids to school. Even if one of his kids and that makes me wonder why he chose not to?
I don't know why he made that decision but he is benefiting from his son now. See how life is
People want to reap where they did not sow. You can only imagine.
I can truly imagine
