Well friends, I have my farm in the south-central region of the Anzoátegui State, and for two weeks the rains have been intense, ideal for planting corn, so yesterday I decided to plow the land, I generally do this work with the use of an agricultural tractor, the truth is that the land had a lot of forest, even though the cattle ate the grass. Generally, when the land is not worked for a long time, it is necessary to plow in a crosswise manner so that the land is very loose and free of clods.

As I told you at the beginning, yesterday I decided to plow the land to plant corn, well friends, even though the land had quite a lot of forest, the plow turned out very well, so I can start planting corn, this morning I bought 5 kilos of certified corn which is a corn selected for planting, although the store offered me hybrid corn, but I preferred to buy this corn, I know that with hybrid corn you get better yields, but as I said, I preferred corn seeds variety, because I want to select some ears of corn for my next plantings, since hybrid corn seeds cannot be used again, since this type of corn usually loses its genetic characteristics.
