The Delicacies of the Sea and What We Can Appreciate as People [Esp-Eng] [Esp-Eng].

Today has been quite entertaining, a day of gastronomy of the Caribbean Sea. I bought some fish and most of them had roe, so I decided to take them out, spread them with sea salt to salt them. This process takes approximately 28 to 72 hours exposed to the sun, to obtain a quality product. They are a delight. I learned this method from my mother. On this special day I was able to eat a lot of fish. One of the things I long for the most here in Cumaná, Venezuela, is its Gastronomy. I always think that good or delicious things are just around the corner. We ourselves can make something simple, something that fulfills our expectations. I like to acquire knowledge in what is within my reach, it is one of the things that characterize me. This day has been very positive.

Every day I think that as people we should not let other people's words or thoughts interrupt your peace of mind and self-esteem. Be yourself and do what you are truly passionate about doing. Your mind is your greatest weapon to solve any situation that arises. Your heart is the one who dictates the right things you should do. Perseverance is your best ally to go through the obstacles and goals you set out to overcome. In short. We must enjoy each and every moment that comes our way.

El día de hoy ha Sido bastante entretenido, un día de gastronomía del Mar caribe. Compré algunos pescados y la mayoría de ellos tenían huevas, por lo que decidí sacarlas, untarlas con sal marina para salpresarlas. Este proceso dura aproximadamente de 28 a 72 horas expuesto al sol, para lograr obtener un producto de calidad. Son una delicia. Este método lo aprendí con mi mamá. En este día especial pude comer bastante pescados. Una de las cosas que más anhelo aquí en Cumaná, Venezuela, es su Gastronomía. Siempre pienso que las cosas buenas o ricas están a la vuelta de la esquina. Nosotros mismos muchas podemos hacer de algo sencillo, algo que nos llene nuestras expectativas. Me gusta adquirir conocimientos en lo que este a mi alcance, es una de las cosas que me caracterizan. Este día ha Sido muy positivo.

Todos los días pienso que como personas no debemos dejar que las palabras o pensamientos ajenos interrumpan tu tranquila y autoestima. Sé tu mismo y haz lo que de verdad te apasiona hacer. Tu mente es tu gran arma para resolver cualquier situación que se presente. Tu corazón es quien te dicta las cosas correctas que deberías hacer. La constancia es tu mejor aliada para atravesar los obstáculos y metas que te propongas superar. En fin. Debemos disfrutar todos y cada uno de los momentos que se nos presentan.
