One thing about changing a club coach is that there would surely be difference, the difference would come in tactics, some players would be useful and some would not, for the new coach, but any player that is ready to adapt with the new coach style would stay but those that aren't ready would leave definitely, that is why it's good to be a utility player, don't focus on playing at a particular position because you don't know what the club that you are playing for would do tomorrow, as Thomas Tuchel was not even informed before he was sacked. There was no even warning for him, the owner are not pleased with his work again and they sent him away.

Maybe the new Chelsea owners want send away everything that has to do with the ex owner (Roman Abrahamovic) because Peter Cech and Marina (ex sporting director) has left even before Thomas Tuchel leave and according to news, Thomas Tuchel is the reason why they left, so at then end, Thomas Tuchel has been sacked as well, he didn't even resign on his own like Peter Cech and the ex sporting director did. Graham Potter that took the work now should not be overjoyed, he may get sacked someone, unexpected like Thomas Tuchel, players are saver than coaches, they might sell players, coaches don't always have that chance, that is why some sacked coaches don't have contract again.

In a technical way, Thomas Tuchel introduced Graham Potter to Todd Boarhy, he said it in a way that he's better than him, not knowing that is the kind of coach that Todd Boahly even want in the club. Todd Boahly is a business man, so he would prefer bidding players from inside the club than buying players with huge amount of money from another club and Thomas Tuchel is not the type of coach that need that, Tuchel spends money, not bringing money, it's the players that Chelsea already have out to loan which they sold out before they buy Raheem Sterling, Wesley Fofana and other that didn't make them go against the fair play rule, and it's not even in the era of Tuchel they have the players, it was before he was hired.

So as promoting players or giving young ones chance is not Thomas Tuchel's way of managing, then that's what Graham Potter know how to do best and that is what Chelsea chairman want, why should they go out there to buy talents when they already have the talent? The players that Thomas Tuchel has abandoned are still useful for Graham Potter, he introduced Hakim Ziyeth and Christian Pulisic that Thomas Tuchel said they don't play to his own style and obviously, these players still plays their very own best. Maybe Timo Werner won't leave Chelsea if he know that Thomas Tuchel would be sacked finally.
