When everyone ignores what you write on Hive and LeoFinance
A common problem that many of us who write on platforms like LeoFinance and Hive often face is the fact that everything we write or do seems to bear no fruit; that is, it seems that all the posts we write are empty and meaningless words, that nobody reads, that nobody cares and that they will not get any reward no matter how hard we try.
And the truth is quite frustrating, because if you feel like you're writing a quality post, about an interesting topic, and as a result you don't even receive any kind of feedback (not even a measly comment), it's normal for you to start to get discouraged and maybe you start to doubt wether the fact of writing and participating in this kind of platform is such a good idea.
And I want to clarify with this that I speak from my own personal experience and frustration; And not only from the point of view that I don't get financial rewards of any kind for writing my posts here (no matter how hard I try), but from the point of view that I don't see any kind of interaction, I mean, I don't feel or see that people actually read or interact with my content.
Of course the economic part is also part of the frustration I feel; and it's part of the frustration felt by many people in need trying to get on board with writing to Hive and LeoFinance. I repeat, personally, I am not complaining about the fact that I do not earn any rewards or very little reward (although this is also important), but because I do not see any progress in my status as an author on these platforms. I mean, I don't gain followers, nobody interact with my content, I don't get votes, they don't reblog my posts, etc.
Then why continue?
I am someone with quite a stubborn personality, and I am optimistic at the same time; I understand that here at Hive and LeoFinance not everyone can earn money or rewards, and that you have to constantly create quality content to create a community of people interested in what you write before that happens.
I think that one day I will be able to achieve the aforementioned feat, and that when that happens, I will obtain economic rewards, but not because they are my main goal here (because they are not), but because I will be contributing with quality content to a community of people that are interested in reading what I write and do.
Advice for others and myself
So, the advice is to keep writing quality content on both Hive and LeoFinance, and don't expect anything in return; The advice is to write, write and write.
What we must do is write so much and so well that it is impossible to ignore what we write. We must constantly make quality content on topics of general and specific interest so that we get more and more people interested in reading our content.
We must understand that no one is obliged to read or vote for our content on Hive or LeoFinance, and that when people do so, it will be because what we write will seem really important and good to them.
Our content should not be pleading, nor should we write for the purpose of making money (although it is one of the motivations that everyone has when coming to these platforms); instead of that we must write entertaining, useful content that draws the attention of readers. When we achieve this, then the money will knock on our door by itself; and as proof of this, we can see all the authors who are already getting success and significant rewards with their posts on both Hive and LeoFinance.
Then:
When everyone ignores what you write on Hive and LeoFinance, learn how to make your content so compelling (so memorable), that it's impossible for people to stop reading it.
Let's reinvent ourselves over and over again until we achieve success, let's adapt to the circumstances and let success come to us on its own.
Thanks for reading me!

I've been here for quite a while now and it's still quite hard to get noticed on here unless you have a lot of hive power or and a lot of friends there's to many people who just like the same people's post's and also only comment on the same people's post's it's a shame to see this
All I could say to you is keep creating daily content and comment on post's that you like 🤝🏾

If you're familiar with the movie Field of Dreams, one of the themes is "If you build it, they will come."
For a web site, that's not enough. For social media, that's even less.
At least on Hive, engagement is the cornerstone of all we do here. It's easier for us to engage with others where they are than it is for others to engage where we are. It's a numbers game, and there are more "others" than there are of "us". So we engage wherever we find people. They comment on our content, we comment on their content. They reply to us, we reply to them. We engage with others on our turf, we engage with others on their turf. Etc.
Maybe we need to engage with others before we publish our content? Or we need to be more strategic in how and where we comment?
I'm still trying to figure out this "social media thing," so I'm no expert on the subject. Even so, these posts I've read recently have head me make some progress:
You've stuck it out longer than most people, so you're already ahead of the game compare to those who came and left. I hope the advice in the posts to which I linked help you in your efforts.
