Low rep authors/posters get thier posts hidden. It does not stop it, but you have to take the time to expand their comment or post to see what they wrote.

We probably can't... There's the option to downvote you right now. There's no Mute/Block buttons yet, but even if they were there, they won't stop you. We'll just stop seeing you.

Still, starting Hate Speech is a quick way to be hated by the community and might get you banned from inleo.io altogether.
