No, it is not the same. LEO is a 2nd layer token on Hive blockchain. Hive is a base layer, a fundament. Leo & Hive is very close related. Typical when Hive price surge, it has a positive iinfluence to Leo price as well.
LEO-Hive liquidity pool is the main thing for LEO price discovery.
