[Eng-Esp]Teapot coffee, 90% milk and 10% coffee./Café tetero, 90% de leche y 10% de café.
One of the drinks that I like the most, is the one called teapot coffee, which is easy to prepare, where approximately 90% of hot milk already served is used, to which only 10% of coffee is added, that is to say, a portion of this food smaller than the previous one. This drink is easy to prepare and very much to the taste, especially for people who do not wish to consume large quantities of coffee. In that order of ideas, I cordially invite you to join me in such a distinguished elaboration.
For the preparation of the so called teapot coffee, we will only use the milk of your preference, liquid or powdered and a small amount of ground coffee, products that are indicated in the following photographs, in this case skimmed liquid milk was used, always thinking about health.
Next, we proceed to heat the milk very well in a container, then we pour in a cup, approximately 90% of very hot milk, that is to say, only 10% of the coffee would be missing, which we immediately proceed to prepare.
As previously expressed, add a small amount of the coffee of your preference in the strainer, then heat the water in a container, until the process is completed until the liquid boils.
After the water has boiled, the same hot water is added to the selected amount of coffee, which is in the strainer.
Prepared the coffee, we add it in a cup or container, to pour approximately 10% of this product, that is to say of coffee, in the very hot milk, whose quantity is of approximately 90%, which is in the served cup, to constitute the foreseen elaboration, that is to say the teapot coffee.
To the prepared coffee tea, we add the amount of sugar of your preference, in particular I do not use this product, because I consider that the amount of sugar contained in the milk, for me is enough, in any case we stir gently after adding the coffee to the milk, to conform our planned drink of coffee tea.
Afterwards, it is a great pleasure to make the presentation of the previously planned cup of coffee.

Una de las bebidas que es de mi máximo agrado, es la denominada café tetero, la cual es de fácil preparación, donde se usa aproximadamente un 90% de leche caliente ya servida, a la cual se le añade, tan solo un 10% de café, es decir una porción de este alimento más pequeña que la anterior. La citada bebida es de fácil preparación y muy al gusto, especial para las personas, que no desean consumir altas cantidades de café. En ese orden de ideas, les hago cordialmente la invitación, para que me acompañen a tan distinguida elaboración.
Para la preparación del denominado café tetero, solo utilizaremos la leche de su preferencia, líquida o en polvo y una pequeña cantidad de café molido, productos que se indican en las siguientes fotografías, en este caso se utilizó leche líquida descremada, siempre pensando en la salud.
A continuación, procedemos a calentar muy bien la leche en un envase, luego vertemos en una taza, aproximadamente un 90% de leche bien caliente, es decir solo faltaría el 10% del café, el cual de inmediato procedemos a preparar.
Conforme se expresó anteriormente, agregamos una pequeña cantidad del café de su preferencia en el colador, seguidamente calentamos el agua en un envase, hasta que dicho proceso se cumpla hasta que hierva el citado líquido.
Luego que el agua haya hervido, se agrega la misma bien caliente a la cantidad seleccionada de café, la cual se encuentra en el colador.
Preparado el café, lo añadimos en una taza o envase, para verter aproximadamente un 10% de este producto, es decir de café, en la leche bien caliente, cuya cantidad es de aproximadamente un 90%, la cual está en la taza servida, para constituir la elaboración prevista, es decir el café tetero.
Al café tetero preparado, le añadimos la cantidad de azúcar de su preferencia, en lo particular no utilizo dicho producto, por cuanto considero que la cantidad de azúcar contenida en la leche, para mi es suficiente, en todo caso removemos suavemente luego de añadir el café a la leche, para conformar nuestra bebida planificada de café tetero.
A continuación, es un grato placer, realizar la pesentación del café tetero, previamente planificado.
Finalmente, con el permiso de ustedes, es un grato placer consumir nuestro café tetero, esperando que la presente elaboración, haya sido de su completo agrado.

I tolerate liquid milk more than powdered milk. I usually prepare powdered milk, not so pure, but I love coffee with milk; I didn't know the name you mentioned.
