Beautiful Sunday - Visit My Doctor

It's my normal routine monthly going to see my doctor. They gave me medicine for my maintenance. They can give me good for three months at once but I want monthly check up how the medicine react and know the outcome. My boss told me that I am just making myself tired walking but I love walking everyday. I lost 5 kilos lately and I felt it to myself.

My face looked red or pinkish exposed under the heat of the sun.

My sugar is normal.

Thanks God, my blood pressure was also good and i love the result.

I been walking almost every other day to keep myself fit and lost some fats. My body structure is chubby. Since childhood, I am fat and never experience being skinny or thin. Like my mother angel grandmother, we slowly changed our body when getting older. Our face had a baby face compared to other people. I loved the result of my effort. Walking 3km two to three times a week is not easy while I have so many work at home.

The doctor said that I need to drink my maintenance tablets because the hypertension will be dangerous. The result of the day will be changed in just a minute and will caused cardiac arrest or stroke. To avoid this scenario, I have to maintain this medication and keep on walking.

The hospital was well organized.

Going to the hospital I was just walking but when returning back home, I preferred riding the bus. As usual I was the only passenger.

Enjoyed taking photograph along the way. I and the driver were only people inside the big beautiful bus but we were not talking. All are recorded inside and have cctv. That's why I am being safe.

Thanks God for the beautiful day last Sunday. I missed my family , I wanted to visit the graveyard of my dead family but I am so far away from home. Accepting the reality is better to avoid drama again.
