Circular saw - Stolní pila

EN - My table circular saw broke (of course only after the warranty expired). After a thorough inspection, I determined that the engine was dead. All that remains is to buy a new saw or repair it. Some engine was rolling in my workshop and I don't want to go to the shop, so let's do it.

CZ - Polámala se mi stolní kotoučová pila (samozdřejmě až po skončení záruky). Po důkladné kontrole jsem pile konstatoval smrt motoru. Nezbývá než koupit novou pilu nebo opravit. Nějaký motor se mi v dílně válel a do obchodu se mi nechce tak jdeme na to.

EN - I found a motor of the same size with approximate parameters. The first problem was attaching the motor to the table from the saw, and the bigger problem is that the cutting disc does not fit on the motor shaft.

CZ - Našel jsem si velikostně stejný motor s přibližnými parametry. První problém byl uchycení motoru do stolu od pily a ten větší problém je že nepasuje řezný kotouč na hřídel motoru.

EN - I attached the motor to a solid plastic plate.
I drilled a hole in the motor shaft and cut a 8 screw thread with a nut tap.

CZ - Motor jsem uchytil do pevné plastové desky.
Do hřídele motoru jsem vyvrtal otvor a vyřezal maticovým závitníkem závit na 8 šroub.

I made an insert for a cutting wheel with a bevel on the shaft where I also made a bevel.

Vyrobil jsem si vložku do řezného kotouče se zkosením na hřídel kde jsem udělal také zkosení.

On that occasion, I lightly sharpened the cutting blade on the saw.

Při té příležitosti jsem lehce přibrousil řezný kotouč na pilu.

When assembling the motor, you must already have the cutting disc in place, because without it it will be very difficult for you to determine the vertical plane to the worktop.

Při montáži motoru musíte mít už nasazený řezný kotouč protože bez něj se vám bude velmi špatně určovat svislá rovina vůči pracovní desce.

I made L-shaped steel profiles and drilled screw holes in them. The next step was to screw the motor to the table.

Vyrobil jsem si ocelové profily tvaru L a vyvrtal do nich otvory na šrouby. Následovalo jen sešroubovat motor ke stolu.
