Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learners' featured post. Your circle of friends says a lot about your type of person; that is to say, your circle of friends defines you. People who don't know you can draw a conclusion from just taking a look at your circle.

A tree cannot make a forest; we need friends to actually overcome all that life throws at us. Growing up, we lose friends and make new friends; nobody's fault; it's just part of growing up. For a person to be in your circle simply means you both think and act alike; if not, you won't get along, so if you are the type that pursues success, it simply means you are doing so with your circle of friends, leaving no one behind.

A small circle of friends that have your back at any point in time is actually worth more than gold. It is better to have a small circle of friends than a pack of friends that don't have your best interests in heart. I learned this lesson sometime ago, and I reduced my circle. How will you have lots of friends but, in times of need, no one to turn to? Instead of offering you advice, at least they make a mockery of your situation.

I have made quite a few friends in the past few years, a strong circle that, even when distance came between us, still had each other's backs regardless. One thing that tears friendships apart is distance. Our friendship has survived the test of time despite the distance between us.

I have @gi-de-on, and the others have decided to stay off the hive, saying it's too stressful. Our friendship went from friendship to brotherhood, when we were in need. @gi-de-on was just a classmate back5 then until we graduated from school and things took a different turn, he helped5 secure a job In a company he was working even though I did not ask, I just told him I needed a job, this alone showed me he wanted me to win with him and not him winning alone.

We go way back in 2021, I was using a 1GB ram phone and using to write on hive was an issue. You dare not minimise, once you do you ought to start afresh so before I make a post I'd make sure everything is in place and there won't be need to minimize or leave the hive platform. I needed to get a new one but the money I had was not enough, told these guys my problem and they were able to raise more than I even needed. They might feel like I have forgotten all of that but no, I remember like it happened yesterday.

Will my circle of friends have my back when things are rough?

No doubt they will stand up for me if need be, they have not failed to do so even for once and I believe they won't do that now. In several occasions they made a very heavy burden feel so light, they have taught me a lot of lessons and how to go about attaining financial Freedom.

Is it just one person who's making it? Or everyone is making it?

No doubt everyone is making progress both financially and academically, financial status from two years ago compared to now and you'd see the huge difference. Progress might be little but bit by bit things are slowly falling in place.
