Saludos a todos mis queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive y de Hive Blog. Como amante de la cocina y en colaboración a mi esposa, he vuelto hoy para presentarles un menú diferente y rico, mortadela de pollo guisada con papas, arroz, aguacate y tomate y la tradicional arepa venezolana, este plato además de ser muy rico es fácil de preparar. Les dejare el paso a paso como lo preparé.

Greetings to all my dear friends from this beautiful Foodies Bee Hive community and the Hive Blog. As a lover of cooking and in collaboration with my wife, I have returned today to present you a different and delicious menu, chicken mortadella stewed with potatoes, rice, avocado and tomato and the traditional Venezuelan arepa, this dish, besides being very tasty, is easy To prepare. I will leave you the step by step as I prepared it.

Ingredientes que utilice:

✔️Ají.

✔️Cebolla.

✔️Tomate.

✔️ Mortadela.

✔️ Cebollín.

✔️Ajo.

✔️Papas.

✔️ Cúrcuma.

Ingredients you use:

✔️Hey.

✔️Onion.

✔️Tomato.

✔️ Mortadella.

✔️ Chives.

✔️ Garlic.

✔️ Potatoes.

✔️ Turmeric.

Paso 1 👣

Corte los aliños y los mezclé con las papas ya cortadas en trozos pequeños.

Step 1 👣

Cut the dressings and mix them with the potatoes already cut into small pieces.

Paso 2 👣

Después de cortar los aliños los lleve al fuego hasta que las papas se ablandaran luego añadí la mortadela en trozos.

Prepare el arroz con la cúrcuma para cambiarle el color.

Así quedó mi rico plato acompañado de aguacate, tómate, arroz amarillo y la tradicional arepa venezolana, para degustar en un almuerzo.

This is how my delicious dish was accompanied by avocado, take yourself, yellow rice and the traditional Venezuelan arepa, to taste at lunch.
