Aprende a depilar cejas como un profesional / Learn how to pluck eyebrows like a pro (ESP/ENG)

Desde hace tiempo veo post de maquillar esas cejas perfectas, pero como llegamos a eso?, pues les voy a mostrar todo lo que he aprendido en cursos y en internet, y que ahora uso en mi, y mis cejas, y que me ha funcionado o no.

For some time now I have been seeing posts about making up those perfect eyebrows, but how do we get there? well I am going to show you everything I have learned in courses and on the internet, and that I now use on myself, and my eyebrows, and what has worked or not worked for me.

Cuando cumpli 18, hice mi primer curso de cejas y desde entonces mis trucos y tecnicas han ido cambiando y mejorando. Al principio preferia la tecnica hindu de depilacion con hilo, pero cuando me compre mi olla de cera preferi comenzar a hacerlo de esa manera por comodidad. Por ello hoy vamos a necesitar los siguientes materiales para lograr nuestras cejas perfectas:

• Olla de Cera
• Cera Peel Off
• Creyon de Ojos de color preferiblemente blanco
• Pinza de cejas
• Paleta o palillos de naranja
• Tijeras
• Talco
• Crema hidratante o aceite de ricino

When I turned 18, I did my first eyebrow course and since then my tricks and techniques have been changing and improving. At the beginning I preferred the hindu technique of threading, but when I bought my waxing pot I preferred to start doing it that way for convenience. So today we are going to need the following materials to achieve our perfect eyebrows:

• Wax Pot
• Peel Off Wax
• Eye Creyon, preferably white color
• Eyebrow tweezers
• Palette or orange sticks
• Scissors
• Talcum powder
• Moisturizing cream or castor oil

todo comienza haciendo el visagismo de las cejas, es muy sencillo y solo debes seguir unos puntos para hacer la forma, pero con la practica tendrás tu propio gusto y estilo, y en muchos casos no vas a necesitar hacer las guias para depilarte.

El visagismo es fácil, comenzamos haciendo 3 puntos. El primero colocando la paleta como guía desde la aleta de la nariz, pasando por el lagrimal, para marcar el inicio de la ceja, El segundo se realiza con la mirada fija al frente y colocando la guía desde el arco de cupido, pasando por la aleta de la nariz y en frente a la pupila del ojo, para marcar el arco de la ceja, y el tercer punto, colocando la guía desde el arco de cupido, al final del ojo, para marcar el termino de la ceja.

Para finalizar es simplemente unir los puntos, cuidando de que el grosor de la ceja no sea mayor a 1cm y siguiendo la forma natural de la ceja. Cuando estén todos estos pasos terminados y mientras esperamos que la cera se derrita, nos colocamos un poco de talco en la zona a depilar, para retirar el exceso de cebo y que la cera se adhiera a los vellos, y en caso de tener los vellos muy largos y querer un estilo mas arreglado se recortan los que sean mucho mas extensos que las lineas que marcamos, en mi caso no lo hice.

The first one by placing the palette as a guide from the flap of the nose, passing through the tear trough, to mark the beginning of the eyebrow, The second one is done with the gaze fixed to the front and placing the guide from the cupid's bow, passing through the flap of the nose and in front of the pupil of the eye, to mark the arch of the eyebrow, and the third point, placing the guide from the cupid's bow, at the end of the eye, to mark the end of the eyebrow.

To finish is simply to join the points, taking care that the thickness of the eyebrow is not more than 1cm and following the natural shape of the eyebrow. When all these steps are finished and while we wait for the wax to melt, we put some talcum powder on the area to pluck, to remove the excess of bait and that the wax adheres to the hairs, and in case of having very long hairs and want a more arranged style, trim those that are much more extensive than the lines that we mark, in my case I did not do it.

Ya cuando la cera este derretida, utilizamos la paleta o los palillos de naranja para agarrar la cera y aplicarla siguiendo las lineas que marcamos, en direccion al crecimiento del vello, esperamos que seque un poco y retiramos la ceja en direccion contraria al crecimiento. Repetimos el procedimiento en las dos cejas, y finalizamos perfilando con una pinza retirando todos los vellos que la cera no pudo quitar.

Para hidratar la zona despues de lo que realizamos y limpiar las marcas que probalemente aun queden de la forma nos podemos aolicar una crema hidratante o aceite de ricino, y asi revelamos el resultado final.

Once the wax is melted, we use the palette or the orange sticks to grab the wax and apply it following the lines we marked, in the direction of the hair growth, we wait for it to dry a little and remove the eyebrow in the opposite direction of the hair growth. Repeat the procedure on both eyebrows, and finish outlining with tweezers removing all the hairs that the wax could not remove.

To moisturize the area after what we did and clean the marks that probably still remain from the shape we can apply a moisturizing cream or castor oil, and thus reveal the final result.

Destaco el decir aqui que es normal que las dos cejas no queden 100% igual. Porque las cejas no son completamente simetricas, solo dimos un acabado mas limpio para los maquillajes y tener las cejas lindas, es una excelente forma de verse arreglada aunque no estes completamente maquillada, ademas el tapabocas siempre ayuda 😂😂😂

I emphasize to say here that it is normal that the two eyebrows are not 100% the same. Because the eyebrows are not completely symmetrical, we just gave a cleaner finish for the makeups and have nice eyebrows, it's a great way to look groomed even if you're not fully made up, plus the mascara always helps 😂😂😂😂.
