make cauliflower carrot stir fry

Today I want to greet all my friends with a simple lunch menu. I want to make a simple, home-cooked cauliflower carrot stir-fry that is loved by most people. This vegetable has quite good benefits for our bodies, for example, it is rich in protein, carbohydrates and contains lots of antioxidants. This is also very suitable for the menu. for those on a diet.
Come on, join me in cooking sauteed carrot cauliflower :
- 1 cauliflower
- 3 carrots
- 4 green chilies
- 4 red chilies
- 7 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 sized shallots
- 3 sized garlic
- ginger 1cm
- 2 spring onions
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Pepper
- enough cooking oil
- enough water
First, I cut the cauliflower randomly according to the shape of the cauliflower or according to taste, then soak it in salt water and let it rest for at least 2 minutes.
Next, I continue to cut the carrots thinly at an angle, or whatever you want.
Then slice the chilies obliquely and all the onions and tomatoes, then cut the spring onions into long pieces.
COOKING PROCESS
Heat the oil then add the shallots and garlic, wait until they turn slightly brown, then add the chilies and tomatoes and stir until evenly mixed and wilted.
Add the cauliflower and carrots and stir evenly until everything is mixed.
then add enough water, and add sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir until everything is evenly mixed, then we wait about 5 minutes.
The final step is about 1 minute before we turn off the stove, add the spring onions that we have cut into pieces and stir again and don't forget to adjust the taste.
The final result is ready
