☘️let's cook a simple and healthy lunch menu☘️
LONG BEANS COMBINED WITH TEMPE
Hello all friends !!
Happy Wednesday, may it be a happy day for all of us, today the weather is very cloudy In my place.
Today I want to make a lunch menu with a simple side dish, stir-fried long beans with the addition of tempeh.
Apart from that, I got these long beans from my brother, he planted them himself,Apart from that, my brother does not use dangerous chemicals during the plant maintenance process .
The two ingredients I cooked today have their own benefits, they are very good for us to consume.
Immediately, I will share my cooking proces.
MATERIALS USED
✔️Long beans 3 ounces
✔️1 tempeh , 1 piece of red onion, 2 pieces of garlic, 1 cm of ginger, 1 tomato, 5 green chilies, 5 red chilies, 1 tablespoon salt, enough oil.
Cooking process
First, I just cut the long beans lengthwise, and you can cut them according to your taste.
✔️I cut the tempeh into small cubes, and for the other ingredients I cut it at an angle.
✔️ Heat the oil, then I think fry the tempeh first, fry the tempeh to a slightly reddish color then remove from heat.
✔️Then add the chili ingredients and fried onions until slightly wilted, then cook the long beans.
✔️ add salt and adjust for taste
✔️Cook over medium heat so that the long beans are more cooked, after 4 minutes then add the fried tempeh, and stir until evenly mixed.
✔️Wait a few minutes until it is mixed well, and we are ready to serve it for my lunch menu with my husband.
Result
See you again in the next post, friends, I hope you can try the menu I shared this time...
Hello!
In my country we know this bean as "vainitas" I like them very much because they are softer than the short ones. And sautéed this way they are exquisite. I don't know tempeh only tofu, this is the beauty of the community through the recipes you make a culinary journey.
That's right friend, I also really like this vegetable, nice to meet you darling
