Chocolate, “Temptation without guilt”

Dear friends of WEEKEND EXPERIENCES COMMUNITY, last Sunday, I had the great opportunity to visit an Artisan Chocolates Exhibition, it was great! I called this experience "Temptation without guilt " and it is not for less, you will see what I brought you, do not lose the thread, you will love it...

The fact is that in the municipality of Avellaneda in Buenos Aires, we are fortunate to have some spaces created exclusively to present free and varied events to the community. This emblematic place is called: Multipurpose Park, "La Station", and the best of all is that we live very close to it.
As you can see in the following image, there was a lot of public.

Now, I start with the delicious details. Upon entering the exhibition space, I was surprised by the number of exhibitors, including the champions of the best alfajor in Argentina. Anyway, I took pictures of the chocolates that caught my attention, both for their design, presentation and taste, since most of them had tastings for the public. The design I liked the most was the motorcycle and the shoe. They looked spectacular. Good work and dedication.

The curious thing about the following image is the delicacy with which the cocoa fruit was elaborated. Beautiful, delicate and shiny, don't you think?, added to this, the detail of the cup to drink the hot chocolate in the shape of cocoa, they even brought the seeds for samples to prepare the chocolate. You could touch them, smell them, and you could even take one if you wanted to. Great, I was really fascinated with this beautiful sample.

It caught my attention that in the same stand, they had some jars containing cocoa cravings, with 70% chocolate and orange flavor, another one with chocolate and caramel. I couldn't try those, but I can imagine how epicurean their flavors were. Although I'll keep the nice presentation to the customer.

In this other stand, they exhibited a great variety of chocolate figures, such as racing carts, a chess game, flowers, crowns, colorful dolls, and some spectacular chocolates in their tins. At this table, there were a lot of children wanting to eat one of those carts. It was funny that moment, there was even one of the children, who left the place very upset, because they did not buy the cart. No wonder, with that presentation it looked like a plastic one. Anyway, I would have eaten even the wheels.

I definitely held on to this display. I can't stop thinking about those chocolates presented in their packaging to give away and taste. Impossible to forget the taste of one of them, with dulce de leche filling and strawberries in syrup, wow, at that moment my taste buds exploded with so much flavor, it was a delicate strawberry flavor, with a touch of dulce de leche and the taste of chocolate as the main ingredient. Ugh, what a delight! I really didn't know which one to choose. There were some chocolates in the shape of golf balls, others with the figure of a pencil, the carts and their details, and what could not be missing here in Argentina, the chocolates in the shape of a soccer ball. Ah, in addition to all these beautiful figures, there were the chocolates with the famous sensual lip for a lover to take to his girlfriend.

There was even one with beer and another with whiskey flavor. In this one I did buy two tablets to taste at home with the calm that should be eaten this delicious chocolate of the gods, in the peace and quiet of home.
There I tasted and finished with that big bar, which by the way had a crunchy almond crunch. Anyway, I was able to indulge myself on Sunday in that beautiful and delicious artisan chocolate exhibition.
