I made a Zoro mug with my girlfriend! / ¡Hice una taza de Zoro con mi novia!

In this post I want to show you a project that my girlfriend and I are planning!
The main idea was hers, since we are big fans of One Piece and coffee, she thought it would be a good idea to collect mugs with one piece designs, she has a friend who works with sublimation, so our project might not be so expensive!

¡En este post les quiero mostrar un proyecto que estamos planeando mi novia y yo!
¡La idea principal fue de ella, ya que somos bien fanáticos de One Piece y del café, a ella se le ocurrió que sería buena idea coleccionar tazas con diseños de one piece!, ella tiene un amigo que trabaja con sublimaciones, así que nuestro proyectito puede que no nos salga tan caro!
This reference we found searching the internet, was the one used to plan the first mug, Zoro is our favorite character in the series, so it was our first mug, we found this reference, and my girlfriend loved it, so she wanted to copy it 1 to 1, and that's where I came in.
¡Esta referencia que encontramos buscando en internet, fue la que se usó para planear la primera taza, Zoro es nuestro personaje favorito de la serie!, así que fue nuestra primera taza, encontramos esta referencia, y a mi novia le encanto, así que quiso copiarla 1 a 1, y ahí es donde entro yo
Process
Note that the drawing is based on the Starbucks logo, so I had to look for a reference and find the font to make my version, which I can then modify freely.

Note que el dibujo está basado en el logo de Starbucks, así que tuve que buscar una referencia y encontrar el tipo de letra para hacer mi versión, que después pueda modificar con libertad
Searching the internet I found the reference image of Zoro, and on Paintool Sai I was able to copy it to have it at a better resolution
Buscando en internet encontré la imagen de referencia de Zoro, y en Paintool Sai la pude copiar para tenerla a mejor resolución
Then, for the back, we thought of putting the One Piece logo, but with the theme of Zoro, this was easy to get a reference to follow, vectorize also the Jolly roger, and I got a silhouette of the character.
Ya luego, para la parte de atrás, pensamos en poner el logo de One Piece, pero con la temática de Zoro, este fue fácil de conseguir una referencia para seguir, vectorize también el Jolly roger, y conseguí una silueta del personaje
When composing it all in Photoshop, I put her name on it, since she will be the owner of this first mug!
Al componerlo todo en Photoshop, le puse el Nombre de ella!, ya que será la dueña de esta primera taza!
Outcome
When we had the two designs, we sent them to our friend Gustavo, who is the one who sublimates!
And this is how the mugs turned out!
