Deludamol for Mrs. Philips.
I completed the concept of GTA V but there I got an end credit mission where I had to look for a truckload of Deludamol. I had to get to the city to look for a van with Deludamol pharmaceuticals logo. But let's go a little back first.
After taking care of Devin Westin, I was driving to Trevor's trailer being him and I started getting text messages. The first one was from Dave Norton saying Trevor's secrets are safe with him and suggested Trevor to calm down and stop doing what he's been doing all these times.
And then Patricia Madrazo, the Mexican gangster's wife texted to say Trevor is always in her heart. Before I finished reading the text, the lady called me and when Trevor started being a lover boy again but the lady hung up suddenly.
I went to his trailer and both of us were surprised to see a lady in there and I thought that's Patricia came to surprise Trevor but he looked a lot confused. The lady was mentioning that Trevor has done well himself.
It looked like Trevor actually recognized the lady and was asking what she was doing there. The lady replied with a question, "Is that how you greet your mother, Trevor?"
Damn, its the devil's mother and she was probably in rehab or in prison as Trevor was talking about not knowing she got out.
The real drama started when Mrs. Phillips started scolding Trevor for being an ungrateful son. Then Trevor started apologizing and crying which bored the lady so she kicked her son.
Then the lady showed her true face and asked Trevor to get some Deludamol as she was in a lot of pain. So I was right about her getting out of rehab as she's asking for drug and she's asking for a truckload of it and I need to find a van with Deludamol pharmaceuticals logo.
Ron Texted me saying he dropped off something cool by trailer and I noticed its this special kind of four wheelers that looks like an ATV bike but with different design.
Taking help from a YouTube video, I found the van with Deludamol pharmaceuticals logo in the city, by the Dollar Pills pharmacy. I was not sure if I'd have to fight for it or not but I was going for it as mummy asked for it.
There was no problem when I got into the van breaking its window, and then I drove it all the way to Sandy Shores, to his trailer so he can make his mom happy.
Leaving the van outside, I went into the trailer to let the mummy know I got the meds. But once Trevor went inside, he didn't find his mother and he started acting crazy.
I was switched to Franklin automatically and then I noticed I can now play as any 3 of them but there's no missions in the map. So, I might just hang around or I might find a different game to play soon.

What? Trevor has a mother? And she's a drug addict? I though he doesn't have any family or kin. How he started reacting after taking the van to his trailer, do you think he's delusional? I mean, can it be like he was hallucinating his mom?
I was also surprised and as I mentioned in the post, I thought its the Mexican's wife who came to flirt with Trevor. You got a nice point there. I'm not sure but its possible that Trevor was hallucinating there though its not confirmed.
Could it be that everything Trevor experienced in that moment where his mother was, was a product of his imagination?

@frankevor also thinks it this way and then I also started thinking it this way. Maybe its his imagination but I didn't get to be sure about it.
