Learning new skills - python

I have an idea for a tool that I can use a lot in my regular business. I would like to spec it out and have someone build it for me, but I don't have the time or understanding of what it will be yet.

So instead I am going to work through trying to figure out how to build it myself. A few friends mentioned #django so that is what I'm going to try.

I bought a course from "Mosh" and so far so good.

Do you program? Do you have any course/instructor recommendations?
