Quisieron líderes, como están, espero que muy bien, para los que no me conocen mi nombre es Jorge Olivé o @loganhate, como gusten llamarme, soy un contador Público y rapper Mexicano de 35 años, para ser más exacto de Tacotalpa, Tabasco con casi 17 años de trayectoria en la música indie, la cual me a dado un chingo de satisfacciones, el motivo de esta primer entrada es por que quiero compartirles un nuevo proyecto, bueno, más que nuevo, es un proyecto que ha ido evolucionando y adaptándose a diferentes necesidades, pero siempre con la intención de regresar algo a cambio a lo que me ha dado algunos de los mejores momentos de mi vida, la escena de música indie.

Hace unos meses retomamos la curaduría de una playlist en spotify llamada No Hype Just Talent, la cual básicamente inicia con la finalidad de promocionar artistas, bandas y músicos de la escena indie mexicana que no figuran tanto en la corriente principal, pero que merecen más reconocimiento, actualizada cada 15 días y curada totalmente por mi ha logrado llegar a 870 suscriptores al día de hoy y con el apoyo de marcas y colectivos colegas nos propusimos aportarle un valor agregado por cada mil suscriptores que consigamos, esto consiste en una vez cumpliéndose los objetivos, realizar una convocatoria para producir totalmente gratis un videoclip profesional a un artista de la escena local ya que consideramos que somos parte de una sinergia que necesita cada vez más visibilidad y contamos con las herramientas necesarias para hacerlo posible.

La playlist siempre a estado disponible para cualquiera que guste enviarme su enlace y para mi sorpresa empecé a recibir suficientes mensajes directos como para que alguno que otro pudiese quedarse “traspapelado” en la bandeja, me vi en la obligación de buscar una forma más eficiente de llevar ese control para no dejar fuera a nadie, fue así como la playlist dio su primer paso en esta evolución y creamos un grupo privado de Facebook donde al día de hoy poco más de 150 personas se han unido y todos los días artistas de diferentes partes de la república mexicana comparten e interactúan promocionando sus estrenos o más recientes singles.

Dado el buen recibimiento que tuvo tanto la playlist como el grupo privado, resurgieron en mí algunas ideas que rondaban mucho antes de crear la playlist, una de ellas y la más importantes la de escribir y crear reseñas de discos, entrevistas, cápsulas y documentales del hip hop mexicano para compartirlas en un blog simplemente para llevar una bitácora del acervo cultural que existe en este ecosistema y que me gustan lo suficiente como para dedicarle tiempo. Así como homologar otros proyectos independientes que ya hacíamos pero esta vez bajo un mismo esquema y concepto, tales son los casos de los podcast, cyphers, sesiones y festivales de música en el estado, todo ahora bajo el proyecto No Hype Just Talent.

También es cierto que nunca concreté la idea de un blog porque no encontraba en los medios tradicionales el incentivo para escribir o para crear, algo que cambia radicalmente con mi entusiasmo por blockchain, Hive y la web 3.0 donde todo lo que pueda escribir y crear pertenece directamente al proyecto y no a terceros y sobre todo donde se puede hacer participe directamente a una comunidad.

A partir de hoy No Hype Just Talent inicia un proceso de constante evolución encaminado a ser un medio informativo sólido basando su infraestructura principalmente en Hive y web 3.0 buscando ser autosustentable y cada vez más cooperativo, sin dejar a un lado la promoción en las plataformas y redes tradicionales web 2.0

Este es el primer post de muchos así que lo primero que quiero es compartirles la nueva identidad visual y la primer hoja de ruta donde podrán encontrar las próximas actualizaciones que a su debido momento se detallarán y las fechas tentativas de su lanzamiento.

What's up leaders, how are you, I hope very well, for those who don't know me my name is Jorge Olivé or @loganhate, whatever you like to call me, I'm a 35-year-old Mexican public accountant and rapper, to be more exact from Tacotalpa, Tabasco With almost 17 years of experience in indie music, which has given me a lot of satisfaction, the reason for this first entry is because I want to share a new project with you, well, more than new, it is a project that has been evolving and adapting to different needs, but always with the intention of giving something back to what has given me some of the best moments of my life, the indie music scene.

A few months ago we resumed the curation of a spotify playlist called No Hype Just Talent, which basically starts with the purpose of promoting artists, bands and musicians from the Mexican indie scene who are not so much in the mainstream, but who deserve more recognition, updated every 15 days and fully curated for me it has managed to reach 870 subscribers to date and with the support of brands and colleague groups we set out to provide added value for every thousand subscribers we get, this consists of once the objectives are met, make a call to produce totally free a professional video clip to an artist from the local scene since we consider that we are part of a synergy that needs more and more visibility and we have the necessary tools to do it or possible.

The playlist has always been available to anyone who wants to send me its link and to my surprise I began to receive enough direct messages so that one or another could get "misplaced" in the tray, I was forced to find a more efficient way of take that control so as not to leave anyone out, that's how the playlist took its first step in this evolution and we created a private Facebook group where as of today little more than 150 people have joined and every day artists from different parts from the Mexican Republic share and interact promoting their premieres or most recent singles.

Given the good reception that both the playlist and the private group had, some ideas that had been around long before creating the playlist resurfaced in me, one of them and the most important being to write and create album reviews, interviews, capsules and documentaries of the Mexican hip hop to share them on a blog simply to keep a log of the cultural heritage that exists in this ecosystem and that I like enough to spend time on. As well as homologating other independent projects that we were already doing but this time under the same scheme and concept, such are the cases of podcasts, cyphers, sessions and music festivals in the state, all now under the No Hype Just Talent project.

It is also true that I never concretized the idea of ​​a blog because I did not find in traditional media the incentive to write or create, something that radically changes with my enthusiasm for blockchain, Hive and web 3.0 where everything I can write and create belongs directly to the project and not to third parties and above all where a community can be directly involved.

Starting today, No Hype Just Talent begins a process of constant evolution aimed at becoming a solid information medium, basing its infrastructure mainly on Hive and web 3.0, seeking to be self-sustaining and increasingly cooperative, without leaving aside promotion on platforms and traditional web 2.0 networks

This is the first post of many, so the first thing I want is to share with you the new visual identity and the first roadmap where you can find the next updates that will be detailed in due course and the tentative dates of its launch.
