ASEAN Hiver Challenge 129 : Improving Personality from the book Good Vibe, Good Life

Hello everyone, how are you? I want to join this week's Asian Hive challenge. What is my favorite book? After years, my favorite book is Saman and Larung by Ayu Utami. This year, I changed direction. My favorite book is Good Vibe, Good Life. There are many messages that I get from this book.

I bought this book by Vex King at a book fair. The writing in the book does not lecture the reader. This book is very enjoyable. There are many things that I corrected for my life from this book. Why, at least this book is my motivation to improve many things in my life. I need an energy injection to be able to live my life to the fullest.

This book has 7 chapters that discuss vibration, positive lifestyle habits, prioritizing yourself, and accepting yourself and others. What I like about this book is the work of the mind that can realize my goals. I can feel the things that the author feels.

One of the most impressive things in this book is saying that everything is okay. I am not alone in the world and many people feel the same way as me. This book is very good for improving my personality. There are also interesting quotes in the book.

This book changed my perspective on many things. Regarding things that I can control or others. I also changed some things in my life. For example, waking up without immediately looking at my cell phone and others. I took some important messages from this book.

First, realizing that letting go of people who don't care about us is a good thing for us. Letting them go doesn't mean being unfair. Another thing is that the universe will return whatever energy I radiate.

I'm not really a fan of self-help books but there is a good market for them. Did you find that you were able to apply some of the teachings into your own life?

The author say, if you want change something you can get a big something. For example meditation, some people Pressing if meditation is done every day and feel the changes. I started a routine with meditation. Another important thing is losing people who don't have the same perspective. Don't regret experiencing that. Dam makes a list of who supports us

This makes sense to me. There is this semi-celebrity that I like who is a psychologist and he said "you can change almost anything you want in your life... take some time, meditate on it, listed to the answers... you might not like what the answer is and it might be really difficult, but if you remain focused you, and nearly everyone else, can do it.... but you have to have and keep discipline in your life for any of it to work."
