Starting the day with a good cup of coffee and cookies

Greetings, coffee-loving community!

Today I wanted to start as always with a cup of coffee at my work entity. It happens that I am in approximately 5 days of changing for a new job. So this time I wanted to try to be a customer rather than just be a worker here at the shopping center. I don't know if I would have told you, but a few days ago I got a new job offer so I am thinking of changing or rather I have already confirmed that I am looking at the new workplace. It is that I am going to go to Sensis Café, the coffee shop that has been in Álabe for a long time. Now I will be part of its family.

Well, putting this in context, I accepted the new job offer from said coffee shop because they guaranteed me an intensive barista course, something I have dreamed of for a long time, since I love the world of coffee and thus specialize in the things that I really like to do. I think that it is also an opportunity to be able to work in something that I really like, since my current job does not fulfill me enough.

As stated above, these are my goals for now, even so, I have a lot of affection for and appreciation for this coffee shop, or rather, a small soda fountain, since I learned a lot about coffee and how to treat people as customers. I taught many things and tried many types of coffee and styles of coffee such as preparing a can and cappuccino. Of course, this could not be a small tutorial or a small demonstration, since most of the ingredients or raw materials of the establishment were fully accounted for, which would represent a discount towards my main salary and it is not something that I want at this moment, since the situation is not very good, let's say.

So, talking to each other with a coffee in our hands, I show you once again that I work here through a coffee maker and there, with that fact, wonders. It is not necessarily necessary to have the best imaginary equipment to be able to prepare a good coffee. I was able to prepare good cappuccinos and lattes only with a manual teapot and my knowledge that at some point will make me a great person in the world of coffee.
