What Works For You?

It’s important to do what works for you as long as you are moving.
Some people enjoy running, others like hiking.
Some people prefer High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT), while others prefer weightlifting.
Like many others like me I prefer yoga, wether it is power yoga or restorative yoga, I just really enjoy how it helps stretch my body and mind while making me feel relaxed and happy.

I am not just a yoga teacher, I’m also a yogi which means I practice as much as I teach and it has helped me build muscles, increase my flexibility and strengthen my mind.

These are some poses I don't think I could ever force my body into. I went to a yoga class once and my body was so beat afterwards. I didn't really feel like it was for me sadly.

Posts like there are great for the Self Improvement community. I'm sure you would get a lot of deserved attention from people interested in health over there.
