Hi lovelies,Welcome to my blog! this week during our yoga practice we learned a lot of new things about ourselves about yoga and more about acroyoga.
I and my partner have been trying to stay consistent with our yoga and acroyoga practice, gaining more balance, flexibility and strength.

This week I learned a very important lesson and it stuck with me because I experienced it. I learned the importance of completely trusting my partner especially in acroyoga as a flyer (the person on top) I need to trust the base (the person on the ground) because when I trust him/her, he knows I trust him and their confidence grow in order to support me in the right way but, if I’m scared and if I don’t trust them it begins to show in the way they are able to comport themselves or how they are able to support their partner.
That way you are able to do amazing things together.

They always say trust no one, but you have to trust someone, the more we know or learn about others and ourselves we tend to trust more.
When people know we trust them, they want to do more for us, it gives them confidence towards improving themselves and others.

The good book says, can two work together, except they agree? Get to know people, don’t allow the past hurt or mistakes people committed against you in the past stop you from meeting amazing people that come across your way.

When we get to know people, we are likely to tell if they can be trusted or not.
There’s still a place of discernment, choosing wisely and moving ahead regardless of what happens.
