Be Kind Always…
_This past week was so full of thoughts for me, I kept thinking about Cheslie Kryst, the 30year old former miss USA who committed suicide on the 30th of January 2022. She was beautiful, kind and had her whole life ahead of her but she was also suffering from high-functioning depression. Which means she was able to hide her depression from everyone around her including her family and friends. I feel so sad for Cheslie and the family she left behind, imagine me who just got to know her in 2019 when she won Miss USA is feeling so devastated let alone her family. I pray God comforts them and gives them the strength to bear this loss. Nobody can blame Cheslie, she was sick mentally, she needed help to overcome the battles she was fighting. I kept thinking if someone had ever noticed her or just talked to her or connected with her maybe she might still be here. This goes for everyone, treat each other with kindness because you never know what someone is going through and please if you are mentally or emotionally down talk to someone even if it is a therapist get all the help you need please, do not take your life. There are people who love you, who are rooting for you and will be very hurt if you do so. Sending all my love to anyone going through tough times be strong and don’t give up! _
