Hi pretty people of Hive, today I'm super happy because I've been working on some little things around drawing, honestly, I haven't felt much motivation, but I've gathered all my energy and concentration to carry on with this drawing, so I hope you like it as much as I do.
For this drawing I decided to keep being inspired by the fairy theme, I realized that, if I put my mind to it, it's a very cool concept to develop a drawing style and to create very nice drawings with the same thematic line and color palette. I've said it before, but unlike traditional drawing, when I sit down to draw in digital it takes me longer to develop an idea of what to draw, so leaning exclusively on one theme for a while makes it easier for me to do part of the creative process.

I did two new things in this drawing, the first, is the figure of the fairy, I decided to make a more voluptuous body, the second, was to try to draw a background, to recreate the scene of a forest. I won't say that I didn't think I wasn't going to make it, but I did have some doubts if the drawing would be as good as I imagined.
As soon as I finished outlining the fairy figure, I decided to establish what colors I was going to use for the background forest to get a better idea of the path I was going to take to my drawing.
Coloring and detailing the little fairy was one of my favorite parts, especially bringing color to her eyes and sparkle to her halas. I feel that, if real, this fairy would have a very sweet and charming personality, but she would also be one of the strongest and most determined fairies in the group.

As for the background, I started outlining the most prominent elements such as the trees, the grass and the small flowers, and colored with a single shade in each area. Then, with the airbrush I started to add shadows and some shades to the trees to make the volume of the trunks stand out.
The space behind the trees took me some time to do, because I didn't know well what I wanted to draw to fill that void and make it look good, so in the end I drew other trunks without so much detail and some bushes, and with the diffusion tool, I applied a movement effect so that the most striking thing really was the main figure of the fairy.
Drawing some details in the flowers, mushrooms and grass was something that relaxed me a lot and with which I finally finished this drawing.

Hola gente linda de Hive, el día de hoy estoy súper feliz porque he estado trabajando en algunas cositas en torno al dibujo; sinceramente, no he sentido mucha motivación, pero he reunido toda mi energía y concentración por llevar adelante este dibujo, así que espero que les guste tanto como a mí.
Para este dibujo decidí seguir inspirándome con la temática de hadas, me di cuenta que, si me lo propongo, es un concepto muy genial para desarrollar un estilo de dibujo y para crear dibujos muy bonitos con una misma línea temática y paleta de colores. Ya lo he dicho antes, pero al contrario del dibujo tradicional, cuando me siento a dibujar en digital me cuesta más desarrollar una idea sobre qué dibujar, así que apoyarme exclusivamente en un tema por un tiempo me facilita una parte del proceso creativo.

Hice dos cosas nuevas en este dibujo, la primera, es la figura del hada, decidí hacer un cuerpo más voluptuoso, lo segundo, fue intentar dibujar un fondo: recrear la escena de un bosque. No diré que pensé que no lo iba a lograr, pero sí tuve algunas dudas si el dibujo quedaría tan bien como lo imaginaba.
En cuanto terminé de delinear la figura del hada, decidí establecer qué colores iba a usar para el bosque de fondo para tener una mejor idea del camino que iba a llevar a mi dibujo.
Colorear y detallar la hadita fue una de mis partes favoritas, especialmente aportar color a sus ojos y brillo a sus halas. Siento que, de ser real, esta hada tendría una personalidad muy dulce y encantadora, pero también sería una de las hadas más fuertes y decididas del grupo.

En lo que respecta al fondo, empecé a delinear los elementos más resaltantes como los árboles, el césped y las pequeñas flores, y coloreé con una sola tonalidad cada zona. Luego, con el aerógrafo empecé a añadir sombra y algunos matices a los árboles para que se hiciera notar el volumen de los troncos.
El espacio que está detrás de los árboles me tomó tiempo en hacer, pues no sabía bien qué era lo que quería dibujar para llenar ese vacío y que se viera bien, así que al final dibujé otros troncos sin tanto detalle y algunos arbustos, y con la herramienta de difusión, apliqué un efecto de movimiento para que lo más llamativo realmente fuera la figura principal del hada.
Dibujar algunos detalles en las flores, hongos y el césped fue algo que me relajó mucho y con lo que finalmente di por culminado este dibujo.
