POLL: Choose your token (ENG/ITA)

Hi guys and welcome back to @nftfrappe.
Last week we did an overview of how the project was born and how it works and with this post we continue to explore the project, but not only will we get into the heart of this work today.
From today we will choose the token with which we will start this adventure that will accompany us for four weeks and then change into another token always chosen by you through a survey!
The survey will be carried out with one post per month where in the comments we will ask you to choose between three tokens that we will evaluate month by month.
Participating will be very simple. Just write in the comments the token you would like to receive in the four weeks that will follow with @nftfrappe and the PASSIVE EARN we provide!
The token that receives the most votes will be the one chosen.
In the event of a tie between several tokens, the token will be drawn by lot through an online service.
The tokens chosen for the first four weeks are:

These are the three skillful tokens for the survey which will last a specific week after which we will start with the project !!

From the first Monday of October the project will start with the publication of the first series of NFTs which will be of three categories; COMMON, RARE and EPIC, with different values and therefore a different interest rate.
On the last Monday of the month we will see which token will be distributed for the following four weeks and then change into a new token chosen again through a survey.
Other things would have to be said such as how often an NFT will be released, when you will receive the tokens obtained from the earn and other updates, everything will be revealed this week with the update post on Thursday but for now we stop here to concentrate the focus on the survey and therefore the token!
In case of doubts or concerns and clarifications, we ask you to contact us in the comments in order to improve the format and try to always be as clear as possible.
You just have to vote for the token you would like to receive by writing it in the comments and all ready for October 3 to go !!

Ciao ragazzi e bentornati in @nftfrappe.
La settimana scorsa abbiamo fatto una panoramica su come è nato il progetto e sul suo funzionamento e con questo post continuiamo ad esplorare il progetto, ma non solo entreremo già da oggi nel vivo di questo lavoro.
Già da oggi sceglieremo il token con cui inizieremo questa avventura che ci accompagnerà per quattro settimane per poi cambiare in un altro token sempre scelto da voi tramite un sondaggio!
Il sondaggio verrà effettuato con un post al mese dove nei commenti vi chiederemo di scegliere tra tre token che mese per mese valuteremo.
Partecipare sarà semplicissimo. Basterà scrivere nei commenti il token che vi piacerebbe ricevere nelle quattro settimane che seguiranno con @nftfrappe e il PASSIVE EARN che forniamo!
Il token che riceverà più voti, sarà quello scelto.
In caso di parimerito tra più token, verrà estratto a sorte il token tramite un servizio on line.

ESATTO RAGAZZI!! SI PARTE!!
Dal primo lunedì di ottobre il progetto partirà con la pubblicazione della prima serie di NFT che saranno di tre categorie; COMUNE, RARO e EPICO, con valori diversi e quindi un guadagno diverso.
L'ultimo lunedì del mese vedremo quale token sarà distribuito per le quattro settimane successive per poi cambiare in un nuovo token scelto sempre tramite sondaggio.
Altre cose vi sarebbero da dire come ad esempio ogni quanto uscirà un NFT, quando si riceveranno i token ricavati dall’earn e altri aggiornamenti, tutto sarà svelato questa settimana con il post d’aggiornamento del giovedì ma per ora ci fermiamo qui per concentrare il focus sul sondaggio e quindi il token!
In caso di dubbi o perplessità e chiarimenti vi chiediamo di contattarci nei commenti in modo da migliorare il format e cercare di essere sempre i più chiari possibili.

Not a fan of NFT hype. I believe that more emphasis should be placed on adoption and transmisability. All of these new fun pictures are nice but I am not a fan of tulip or ether cat mania.

On @nutritree behalf, I would like to ask you one question! Do you ask same question to upvoters? Any upvote if you tell us in comments about why you upvoted and what you liked? Treat upvotes and downvotes with equal level of understanding and things will be easy.
Code is law on hive and code allow us to downvote. I am not saying it's good or bad, I am saying it is what it is.
I understand , however downvotes are not used all the time , if you don't like the post for its idea don't downvote it , we are a community , explain how to improve it!
We are a community but all I see is circle jerking. It is ok as long as there are an equal number of participants.
It is not ok because circle jerks create groupthink and authoritarianism. Authoritarians have vote bots that chase free speach users all of the time. Dont cry about those fighting to stay out of the memory hole without selling out integrity.
No I dont have to explain my vote all of the time even though I often do. Downvotes are not used due to fear of retaliation. So much for integrity and truth.
I agree but I prefer not to use them because you destroy a small project , if anything if you don't have a right motivation to downvote better to avoid , and like commenting badly on an instagram post because you don't like how the model dresses , but I say you care , leave it alone. In my opinion Hive is an interesting realization of old school neo-liberalism ideals with solutions to allowing communities to still emerge in a world of self ownership and independence.

PoB may have been a community custom deal.
We had proof of wallet for a while.
Still do to an extent, but that is what proof of stake is.

The crab bucket is mentioned as a way to claw back rewards from what the individual/community determine to be abusive.
At any rate proof of stake and delegated proof of stake is different.

It's the worst way to run things, except for all the other options.
No effort rewards break proof of brain.
DPoS, or as you call it proof of wallet which is PoS not DPoS, is what makes PoB possible on Hive duder.
Concensus
The whitepaper also provides for changes by the community to it, if consensus is made through a proposal. Of course only proposals are approved when whales touch them. At the end of the day the Community voted and approved of the whitepaper and is divided on how to deal with the downvotes. Some want to get rid of downvotes on content and place them on witness voting and proposals and others want no dv at all. i think DV option for witnesses and proposals is a fair approach.
I think DVs was meant truly to be a mechanism to help against hostile actors as Hive is developed. In a DPoS system, the large stake holders are responsible to help moderate content on Hive.
I know that there is a can of worms there to pick at.
At the end of the day can anyone prove or show content has been removed from the chain? The most censorship I have experienced is from peakd but still my post will show on ecency or other front ends regardless.
So why can't free markets exist? There would be no innovation without the free market. So you think tipu ruins the DPoS driven PoB concept on Hive?

Every stake holder on hive is important.
Having more hive doesn't make your opinion any more/less valid.
Having very little hive doesn't preclude your duty to protect its value from dilution by no/low effort posts.
As we can see from the curation gangs, that only increase retention among those willing to kiss their,...uhm, create content consistent with corporate speak, the corporate approach is not working.
2.4 million accounts, ~4500 daily authors, 6+ years of testing.
This game has been rejected using the approaches of the last 6 years by a clear majority.
To continue on the same path is insanity, imo.
Leaving aside that ganging up to get more from a commons is ganging up to rob the least powerful of those in the pool to further engorge those with the most.
The top 20 accounts take 50% of the inflation day after day.
This concentrates power in the hands of the few, and clearly repels outsider investment.
Why play a game that has no way to win?
Having to compete with accounts that have millions while you have scores is very disheartening.
I've proposed a 1000mv 'whale experiment', but you can guess how far that got in a dpos environment.
When whales vote, redfish get pushed below the dust cutoff and get nothing.
As curation gangs grow they push out the very people they purport to be helping.
Leaving aside they only help those who's speech is agreeable to them.
And crush those who's speech offends them.
The more the gangs, and whales, vote, the more redfish get nothing and stop playing.

The more voices in the consensus the better the crowd sourcing, imo.

No non-technical user would be able to find out.

This has been the case since I got here, and I have a 5 digit account number.
If you want no effort rewards convert your hive to hbd and put it into savings.
You get more doing that than curating, anyway.
That is a good part of my point. Hive is a robust and well developed web 3.0 blockchain. Just like with life there are solutions to perceived problems. People can innovate with free market concepts and community support.
I think it is cool how in so many ways Hive is a reflection of real life.
Steem was more social media driven and Hive is a wide open world where earning Hive from content creation and curation is a small part of the equation now, in my opinion. We have world builders here. Just from my perspective I think having a platform where I can make detailed content and not have it deleted or owned by a corporation is worth it alone. The rewards is just secondary for me.
