My Daily Story 20/12/2023 : My daughter and I helped make fried oysters to eat.

Hello. Today at noon. My youngest daughter and I cooked lunch together at home. I thought of a simple menu and finished it in such a short time. That is the "fried mussels" menu. A few days ago I went to the supermarket and saw frozen mussels so I wanted to make a fried mussels dish to eat at home. And today was a good opportunity, so I did it with the assistant cook, my little daughter.

And this isn't the first time my youngest daughter has helped me cook in the kitchen. I've noticed many times that no matter what menu I'm making, my youngest daughter will come in and help. Sometimes I help me wash the dishes. And sometimes I help wash vegetables. But today my daughter helped me stir the flour to prepare a fried oyster dish. There was also cracking eggs into a bowl, which my daughter did very well. She knows the duties and steps to make this menu. I taught her slowly.
There are only a few ingredients for making fried oysters. Mussel meat, bean sprouts, coriander, eggs, ground pepper, crispy fried flour, rice flour, tapioca flour. Only salt and oil.

The two of us, mother and daughter, helped each other make fried oysters. It didn't take long for us to get two large plates of fried oysters, which my youngest daughter and older daughter ate together. My husband and I shared fried oysters. My husband ate it for the first time and thought it was so delicious that he had to praise me and my daughter. So I think that next time I have a chance, I will make it again.
And this is a small activity for me and my youngest daughter that we like to spend time with. I feel very happy to spend this precious time with my youngest daughter.
