My activities of the day 8/8/2023 : Taking the kids out to play in Banting City Park.

Greetings to all my friends.

Today, the weather in the evening is quite good, not as hot as every day because yesterday night, the rain fell, so the heat was sparse. Since the morning I woke up at the usual time. 5:45 a.m. Send daughter to school. And came back to do housework but today I have dizziness so I didn't do much. After 10:00 a.m., the youngest daughter got up from the bedroom, both of us mother and son went down to find food and took her to take a shower. today I taught my daughter to write the letter b in lowercase and uppercase which she put in a lot of effort.

Until 12:40 p.m., I had time to pick up my daughter from school. When I got home, I took my daughter to take a shower and eat. When finished, the children would play or sometimes watch TV. Today, the children are very cute, so I give a reward together to take them out of the house, which is not far from our home.

In this health garden, there are many spots that I would like to recommend. The first one is a wall art with paintings on the walls and one design that fits perfectly. This wall has 3 windows that can be seen. When the sun sets we can look through the square here which is very beautiful.

At 6:00 p.m. here at 7:00 p.m., it's still not dark yet, so at 6:00 p.m., we go out to the park, which is opposite the hospital and police station, which is the center of Banting City Today, the children have brought scooters and bicycles to play there. The health park here has a very large area. Today, there are a lot of people using the park, including a group, as a family or will come. Everyone came running and exercising.

Today, the atmosphere of the sunset opposite the health park, which is the side of the sunset hospital, the golden golden light, very beautiful.

This zone is a zone in the grass, looking behind, there will be many toys such as slides, swings, bars for hung to exercise in various ways, children can climb in this area. There will be parents bringing small children aged from toddlers to about 10 years old to play in this zone the most and both of my daughters also play here.

My daughter brought me to the art wall here and wanted to go up to see the beautiful sun. I wanted to take a beautiful photo. She was looking for a place to go up to take a picture. Today is the day of the children, so I agreed to help her to stand up. At the square channel there and took a picture for her. She looked around the field and she told me that the motherw looked at the wide area, it was very beautiful, which I knew that this was where Another place that is suitable for bringing children out to play.

There's also a zone dedicated to older kids who can skateboard, bike or rollerblade, and even dance aerobics. And there is also a zone for people with disabilities to exercise, which I think is a very comprehensive health center in Banting.

This health park is shady with trees, flowers and grass used to pave the field, between the walkways are covered with cement to make jogging more convenient. And it can be observed that because it is an open space, the wind can blow through all the time. At this time, the birds have flown back to the nest,I looked at it with pleasure. There is no boring word.

And this is my activity today that has taken the children to exercise and using all the power. I think that if coming back home, they would be tired and slept comfortably.
