Hello everyone,

We all know the necessity of having beautiful thumbnails, this is why we had @olujay to be our guest tutor to guide us on how to make beautiful thumbnails.

We also have a material here by @ksam on how to make good humbnails.

Below we discuss the tasks for the Newbies.

Hola a todos,

Todos sabemos la necesidad de tener hermosas miniaturas, es por eso que tuvimos @olujay ser nuestro tutor invitado para guiarnos sobre cómo hacer hermosas miniaturas.

También tenemos un material aquí por @ksam sobre cómo hacer buenas humbnails.

NEWBIES TASKS

Here is the task for this week:

  • With your own understanding, explain what you understand by "thumbnail." Hence, discuss why they have to be stunning and of what importance it is in relation to creating content.

  • What are the dimensions in relation to creating thumbnails? What is the general size (or dimensions) for a thumbnail, and explain why it is so?

  • For this task, make two thumbnails. Use one as the main, and provide the other in the post. Both images should be different yet relevant to the post. Hence, provide a step-by-step explanation of how you achieve each. Remember, there is no need to overthink; just flow and keep it simple yet creative—something that conveys sufficient information and would be appealing.

  • Explain why the JPG format should be your preferred export format.

Esta es la tarea para esta semana:

  • A su entender, explique qué entiende por "miniatura". Por lo tanto, discuta por qué tienen que ser impactantes y qué importancia tiene en relación con la creación de contenidos.

  • Your post should not be less than 500 words.

  • Answer all questions...

  • Properly make use of Markdowns on your post.

  • Use the tag "#nbtask5" as one of your first 5 tags.

  • Share your entry as a link to this post and tag your team leader.

  • Engage on posts and threads of other authors.

  • The title of your first task should begin with Newbies Task 5 and then with any other title that best fits your post.

Note: The deadline for this task is November 5th
