Newbies Initiative

The seven weeks of instruction with this set of newbies have been interesting.

To make sure the newbies gain a better understanding of the Hive Ecosystem, we covered various themes with fun challenges each week. And in this last week, we’ll wrap up the initiative and assess how much the newbies who participate actively, profited from it.

The video above is a recording of our last meeting in the Smile Discord Server, where we gathered to share our experiences and thoughts about the initiative.

We had the honor of having @josediccus among us. He shared his Hive experience and inspired the Newbies to stay focused and resolve to always give their best effort in every piece of content. He also challenged them to improve on engagement and concentrate on long-term objectives because Hive rewards people who have a long-term perspective.

We urge you to complete the task below so that we can assess how much the initiative has benefitted you and determine how we might improve the initiative for the upcoming round of newbies.

Iniciativa de Novatos

Las siete semanas de instrucción con este conjunto de novatos han sido interesantes.

Para asegurarnos de que los novatos comprendan mejor el Ecosistema Hive, hemos tratado varios temas con divertidos retos cada semana. Y en esta última semana, daremos por concluida la iniciativa y evaluaremos cuánto han aprovechado los novatos que han participado activamente.

El vídeo de arriba es una grabación de nuestra última reunión en el servidor Smile Discord, donde nos reunimos para compartir nuestras experiencias y pensamientos sobre la iniciativa.

Tuvimos el honor de tener a @josediccus entre nosotros. Compartió su experiencia en Hive e inspiró a los novatos a mantenerse concentrados y decididos a dar siempre su mejor esfuerzo en cada contenido. También les retó a mejorar el compromiso y concentrarse en los objetivos a largo plazo porque Hive premia a las personas que tienen una perspectiva a largo plazo.

Te instamos a que completes la tarea que aparece a continuación para que podamos evaluar en qué medida te ha beneficiado la iniciativa y determinar cómo podríamos mejorarla para la próxima ronda de novatos.

  4. Recall the Newbies Initiative Task 1 when you were required to list your objectives. Tell us about your objectives and the extent you’ve come.

PS: We encourage all newbies to review the markdown task and tutorials to ensure that they fully understand how to use markdowns. We anticipate that your task 7 entries will be well-structured and visually appealing.

Best wishes my people. It's sad that I couldn't cope till the end due to my exams. But the lessons learnt are rich and awesome. Kudos to the initiators and tutors for the job well done. I appreciate you all.
