Tick a box Tuesday
Was able to increase my Max speed and cadence at bit this morning even if it was only for a short burst. I use my regular one kilometre loop and then try to build up to a maximum pace between trees, lamp poles or driveways what ever land marks are roughly spaced out enough to give me a decent recovery jog inbetween.

Nice one. A lot of research these days is being centered around that max speed. It makes sense though and hopefully any improvement will make your slower pace easier.
