A young goanna up a small tree on our afternoon walk in the nature reserve. We were not sure what it was doing climbing such a small tree, but there was a small bird buzzing around it as if it was trying to steal and eat the birds' eggs in a nest.

We could see any nest, so I just took a few photos and continued on our walk.

The rest of this activity count was a morning run and some yard chores.
