My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2024

Back above 30k for the first time in a while, it took a bit of effort. The nice sunrise was a good way to start a busy day.

The strava screenshot tells the story, starting from bottom to top.

Swimming in the backyard pool is fun, but stava can not really pick it up. Our pool is too small for it to calculate lengths, and the gps in the open water section is not accurate enough to pinpoint metre swam. At least I got in and did a bit, start after my morning run and a short bike ride. Sort of a short reverse triathlon.
