My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2024
A nice sunrise to tackle another morning run, we must have had a bit of rain overnight as there were lots of droplets of water under the foliage of the plants in the front yard. The rising sun was just at the right ankle to light them up nicely.
Another good activity count in the bag with the early run/walk, lots of yard work, some body weight exercises, and an evening stroll in the nature reserve.
