My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2023

My 404th parkrun at 115 different locations, still chasing that 20:39 personnel best.
I was never going to get after 4 days skiing and on this hilly course.
Even on asphalt path, my heart rate went into the hard zone. My cadence shows were I walked or march up a few of the steeper sections with my hand pushing on my legs.
Arguably the best or worst course in Sydney, depending on whether you like 145m of elevation gain over 5 kilometres.
After parkrun, it was straight back into the car to continue the long drive home.
The Bulahdelah Wooden Code fish art work was one of our rest stops where we squeezed in a bit more exercise to build a decent activity count and get to blood flowing after sitting in the hour for hours.
