The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 9.22 Eth to @zaku.
Interest will accrue on this loan at 3% per month. If all goes as normal, the loan will be repaid in 3 months, which would be 9% interest. 3% interest works out to be 0.2766 eth per month. The absolute minimum interest paid shall be 3%.
The Bank shall pay to the address 0x647f9b1a4beff1a382c94e5ccac38c011d467f64
Client pays all transaction fee costs.
@zaku shall offer up the following collateral:
The Hive account of zaku. This includes everything in this account, Splinterlands cards, land, the Powered up Hive.
The Hive account of bdvoter.
@zaku also agrees to unlock his untamed summoners (a 5 day unlock) and he will send them to a holding account the Bank will create. These cards will be delegated back to @zaku.
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the owed value, or if it is necessary to powerdown to pay the loan, then the full powerdown should go to the bank.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
Collateral is returned upon successful completion of loan.

The issue with the Hivewatchers, like I said has been sorted out as you can in the timeout. I have been told what to do, what to stop doing and what not to do which I have started following their instructions.

Your issue with Hivewatchers is NOT settled, not at all, not one bit. Being placed in timeout in their discord is a PUNISHMENT. It's not a sign that things are settled, indeed it is a sign of the exact opposite.
This is why I got pissed and I was trying to explain it to you in Discord, but it was like talking to a brick wall.
I can go to the Hivewatchers discord just as easily as you can and see what's going on there. You last message to them in discord was not responded too, again, a strong sign that it isn't settled. I don't know if you are lying or extremely confused.

I have followed everything they have told me to do on the timeout.
Why I am not able to chat on the appeal is because I can't see the chat any longer.
And why I haven't responded to the discord message is because I am not yet currently online on discord server so I wasn't aware that a recent message has been dropped on the discord server in the timeout. . I will go there straight away to respond to the last message.
I am currently doing everything they are asking me to do possibly to get it cleared as you can see in our timeout chats so far.
I am trying my possible best to get it settled and do what they are asking me to do currently now
