Tasting my recommended coffee: La Protectora ☕

Hello my coffee lovers, a little over a week ago, my friend @germanandradeg had recommended in his publication his coffee of preference, as I am a fan of trying different types of coffee, until I find my ideal coffee, I told him that I was going to add it to my list of coffee to try, coincidentally last week I went with my sister to Hato Grill and there I found it, I did not miss the opportunity, so I bought it, I informed my friend that I had gotten it and that I would try it, so today I bring you my experience with La Protectora coffee.

Those who have read me, know that I do not like to open new packaging, before using the one I have in use, so I did with this last Saturday, I ran out of coffee in use, I decided to try my experience with this coffee La Protectora, I confess that the friend @germanandradeg, was absolutely right with that coffee, I prepare it as usual, boil water, prepare my cloth funnel or strainer as I usually call it, I put my measures of three tablespoons of coffee, I poured the hot water in the strainer and the first aromas enveloped my being, this ritual is magical in the morning, you feel connected with the coffee that is distilled little by little, I like strong coffee, I tell you that it was as I like and met all my expectations, thanks first hand to my friend @germanandradeg, for having made known in his publication of this coffee and as everything is connected, the universe took me right where I was, a blessing without a doubt, do you think that coincidences exist? What do you think about it?

I can say with certainty that it has an exquisite taste to my palate, the smell is incredible, I loved just smelling the packaging, it had a sweet tone that elevated my senses, I definitely give it a 10, although I do not want to take it as my favorite coffee yet, I have seen many brands and I want to keep trying more coffee, to have a final verdict, but I can say that it goes to the list of exquisite coffees to my palate, after all the coffees on my list, I will have the hard task of choosing just one, I don't think that's possible 🤭😁.

The day before, my son @cjmorillo had made a small chocolate biscocho, so after enjoying a cup of black coffee with my husband, I decided to make coffee with milk to taste it with this biscocho, the combination of flavors between the coffee with milk and the biscocho, pure exclusivity, I congratulated my son and the whole family congratulated me for this delicious coffee with milk, I added a touch of cinnamon to the warm milk and a pinch of salt to give that touch of sweet and salty at the same time to the coffee with milk, my children love it and my husband's big boy too 😅.

This makes it clear to me, that I must resume my Barista online courses, although reading a friend, I think that here in my city Cumaná, Sucre state-Venezuela they do Barista courses, I will try to see how it goes.
