What exactly is a goal?

A goal is the work hour spent in reaching a certain desire or a certain purpose.

What exactly is goal setting?

A goal setting is a planned progression of actions used in guiding, and encouraging oneself to achieve a certain objective.

It may also be characterized as setting down what you want to achieve over time and taking everyday efforts to make it happen.

MOTIVATION - this is a critical idea to understand and achieve your goals. You must be motivated in order to be purposeful about achieving your goal.

So, what is the MOTIVATION? - Answer: Your WHY is your motivation.

Then, What is your WHY? - Answer: Your why is the reason why you should accomplish your goal.

Tips On: When loosing Concentration

  • Make an attempt to eliminate distractions.

  • Stay at a very pleasant location.

  • Take a social media break.

  • Energize your body, eat healthily, and drink enough water, motivates your brain and you must remain alert and focused.

  • Make a task list.

  • Maintain your focus on today's strategy.

Using the SMART goal Strategy

  • S-Specific

Be precise about what you want to accomplish and why you need to make that decision.

  • M-Measurable

What happens when you achieve your goal? this becomes essential and relevant because it allows you to progress on your goals.

  • A- Attainable

Your aim should be reasonable, practical, and achievable.

  • R-Relevant

You should provide a comprehensive overview of why you are setting your goal.

  • T-Time constraint

Set your clock, time yourself, and assign your goal a time window in which you should attain it.

  • Also, provide your WHY (motivation).
  • Make a tangible plan for how you want to achieve it.
  • Maintain your attention and commitment.

So why would you select a smart goal?

Adopting a smart goal pushes you to establish boundaries and take steps toward your goal, similarly, using a smart move helps you attain your goal quicker.

How to Set a Target

  • Make a general impression of what you would like to accomplish with your life and a timeline for how you will get there.
  • Divide them into smaller targets that you must achieve.
  • Begin planning how you will attain them.

Coclusion

Setting eyes on the target is where a lot of people fail, we fail to understand or apprehend the reason we start in the first place, when you have your goal set in mind, the movie of the WHY is enough for you.
