Tonight I enjoyed a glass of cold coffee latte at one of the coffee shops near my house. After a long day of working outside the house, it makes me very tired. So tonight I went out with my friends to have a cup of coffee.

The coffee shop I visited was Salim Coffee, salim is the name of the owner of the coffee shop. This shop has been open since 2019. And it has grown to this day with several branches outside other cities.

The drink I ordered tonight is a Coffee Latte, The stages in making a coffee latte are as follows:

Prepare a cup, fill it with instant coffee and pour hot water, stir well
Cook liquid milk, don't boil when small bubbles come out, turn off the heat or measure to 60 degrees
Beat the milk with a french press or frother for about 15 seconds, then transfer to a milk jug.

Beat the milk jug if there are milk bubbles, to break up the foam.
Pouring; tilt the cup 45 degrees, pour the milk While shaking the milk jug into the espresso cup, keeping the distance between the lips of the milk jug and the cup, pour in about until the espresso and milk are mixed slightly (milk effect). Fill about 1/2 cup
The second pouring (make the pattern) bring the lips of the milk jug to the surface of the coffee, pour it until a pattern is formed.

The position of the cup remains tilted, but when the milk has entered, move your hand so that the coffee cup becomes flat on the top surface.
