Saludos amigos de #Hive y #liketu hoy quiero desearles que inicien su semana con mucha energía, estar vivos es sinónimo de que nuestro cuerpo tiene energía pero también debes potenciar la energía mental e espiritual.

No dejes que nadie te robe las buenas energías para eso es necesario que mantengas tu amor propio y brilles con tu propia luz, todos tenemos fortalezas y nuestros propios dones.

Cuando pienses que has perdido la energía realiza actividades que te ayuden a renovarla, por ejemplo has que te gusta, escucha música, ve la TV, lee libros, has deporte, salir de la rutina de eso que te agota de ayuda a cargar energias.
