Es increíble la campaña que se levanta en el mes de Octubre para la lucha contra el cáncer de mamas, esta es una enfermedad que puede atacar a hombres y mujeres y debemos ser conscientes a cualquier edad.
El color rosa actualmente lo pueden usar tanto las mujeres como los hombres y se usa en este mes de Octubre con el lazo para simbolizar la lucha contra el cáncer, pero lo importante es que aprendamos a conocer los riesgos y la prevención de esta enfermedad, no podemos ver esto como una moda, sino como un tema de consciencia.

El lema de la campaña de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama es: Tócate, y nos invita a la autoexploración de las mamas para sentir cualquier masa o bulto extraña. Tocarse es muy importante porque la prevención y la detección temprana puede marcar la diferencia en nuestra salud y en el éxito del tratamiento.

En mi primera visita al ginecólogo me explicaron y aprendi a tocarme, y más porque en mi familia el tema es muy sensible, ya que mi abuela fallecio por cáncer de mamas. El autoexamen y las revisiones médicas son indipensable para lograr la lucha contra este cáncer.
