My work experience as a moderator at the Together for the Education of the Future Training Day

Hello my creative and innovative people, I hope you are in good health and full of positive energy, who greets you @nanyuris and today I want to share with you my experience in relation to the workplace, this time as moderator in the training day "together for the education of the future", this training has the intention to improve and transform the praxis of the teacher, topics to be discussed: Self-control, management of emotions at work and the 8 areas of integral development.

It should be noted that within my functions I love to project and encourage didactic and recreational strategies to stimulate the potential of the participants, so I started with a few words of welcome, motivation and improvement, then I developed a dynamic work integration to strengthen teamwork and activate self-reflection, then breathing exercises and relaxation were performed, which are ideal to oxygenate our lungs, brain and helps us to articulate better, then socialized on self-knowledge and how we manage our emotions in the work environment, then invite them to view a reflective video where they judge education, and then make a systematization, for this activity was formed 3 groups classified by the following colors: Yellow, blue and red, where they captured on white sheets such interpretation.

As a second activity they had to build a lipogram considered as a word game where a text is built by omitting a vowel, the creativity and skills of the participants were evidenced, each group had to select a speaker for the purpose of issuing their productions, how interesting really! Definitely a productive and creative day. It was observed the pleasure and interest of each member.

In the second segment of the training we enjoyed a sharing, each participant was delighted with the snack (logistics), a moment of relaxation, and then continue with the planned activities, consecutively another video was displayed on the 8 areas of integral development, where I explained each of the areas and as an assignment I had to develop an infographic, which is a visual resource with a great boom in the educational field, where the colors and key words stand out, then I guided to elaborate a didactic game with useful material, during the construction the creative potential of the participants was evidenced and to finish I developed a dynamic of personal valuation which I titled: I love myself, I accept myself and I accept myself: I love myself, I accept myself and I respect myself, which consisted of opening a box, inside the box there is a mirror, when opening it they were going to see their face reflected and they had to give themselves a beautiful phrase, finally they were going to say thank you for existing, each of these activities were focused on personal and professional improvement, highlighting companionship, self-esteem, empathy, emotions, resilience, practical advice to become a great leader, since we all have a purpose in life where willpower will allow us to achieve our projects formulated.
