En mi opinión ambas selecciones llegaron a la final con igualdad de posibilidades para ser campeón de este prestigioso torneo y aunque consideraba a Francia como favorita por ser el actual campeón, estaba convencido de que no sería un partido fácil para ninguno de los por las muchas virtudes que tienen ambas selecciones; ahora enfocándome en la selección argentina, sabía que la respuesta para enfrentar a este duro rival no estaba en usar a cinco jugadores en la línea defensiva porque todo se debería resolver en el medio campo y esto lo digo porque Francia en todo el torneo no enfrentó a rivales que sabían por dónde deberían jugar a quien bloquear o donde bloquear y eso sí lo entendió Scaloni y por eso decidió explotar las falencias del once titular que uso Deschamps para la final; por ejemplo a primer minuto se pensó que Argentina jugaría con el esquema 4-4-2, pero el final fue un perfecto 4-3-3 el que dominó a la selección que era campeona del mundo; el usar a Di María como extremo izquierdo haciendo sufrir a Kounde que es un central fue una de las mejores decisiones que vi en este Mundial; lo otro fue el sacrificio de Julián Álvarez que tapó a Tchouaméni y así evito esa salida de balón y ese primer pase hacia los delanteros y anexo el trabajo tanto de Enzo como Mc Allister que anularon por completo a Griezmann que era quien dirigía a Francia; con eso se mantuvo un dominio por 80 minutos en dónde en los primeros 45 minutos se vieron beneficiados por los dos goles anotados, uno de penal en dónde se confirma las falencias defensivas de Francia por la banda derecha y que Di María dejó mal a los dos jugadores del FC Barcelona y también otra en dónde el retroceso y el descontrol del equipo francés quedó en evidencia cuando en un contraataque argentino dio otro paso más para obtener el título; lamentablemente para la selección sudamericana un tercer gol no cayó en los primeros 45 minutos del segundo tiempo que hubiera sido lapidario a su rival y como todo sabemos, un resultado de 2 a 0 en el fútbol, es el más engañoso que existe.
