Nunca me había podido aceptar como lo que en realidad soy una dama hermosa y llenita de amor,que las personas me miranra y criticaran ejemplo mis brazos o ese pantalón que no te queda bien, según ellos,me destruían por completo,era muy infeliz, el tener unos quilos demás me hacían verme horrible sin contar mis enormes senos

No podía usar trajes de baño, porque yo decía una ballena no cabe en un tobo, no podía usar shorts porque yo decía se me van a ver las celulitis, y mis estrías 😲 me sentía tan mal con mi cuerpo, conmigo misma, me miraba en el espejo y veía una cara bonita sin personalidad

Pero un día me levante y dije no mas ahora seré una mujer nueva sin kilos demas y comencé hacer ejercicios me sentía superior motivada veía a mis hijos y ami esposo y decía lo voy a lograr por ustedes y dure solo un mes, volví a llenarme de inseguridades

• Fue hasta hace poco que aprendí esta lección, que importa lo que piensen los demás cuando lo tienes todo, una casa,dos hermosos hijos un esposo que me ama y me acepta tal cual, una familia que me llena de amor, no importa los kilos demás las estrías la celulitis porque eso es una mujer perfecta,no serias perfecta si te quitas lo que en realidad es tuyo*
