Saludos mis queridos hivers que este día martes nos traiga muchas bendiciones, hoy traigo una receta que era primera vez que la hacia pero que apartir de ahora va a formar parte de mi menú, se trata de un cordon bleu o escalope de carne, como prefieras llamarlo.

Greetings my dear hivers that this Tuesday brings us many blessings, today I bring a recipe that was the first time I made it but that from now on will be part of my menu, it is a cordon bleu or meat schnitzel, as you prefer call him.

Los ingredientes que necesitas para prepararar esta receta son:

  • Filetes finos de carne
  • Pan rallado
  • Harina de trigo
  • Huevo
  • Salsa soya
  • Salsa de ajo
  • Papas
  • Leche líquida
  • Mantequilla
  • Sal
  • Jamón rebanado
  • Queso Mozzarella y amarillo rebanado.

The ingredients you need to prepare this recipe are:

  • Bread crumbs
  • Wheat flour
  • Egg
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic sauce
  • Potato
  • Liquid milk
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sliced ​​ham
  • Mozzarella and yellow cheese sliced.

Preparación:

Agregar agua en una olla y colocar las papas con media cucharadita de sal, hasta que ablanden.

Cuando esten suaves las papas sacar y dejar enfriar para pelarlas, triturarlas con un tenedor y agregarle mantequilla y leche hasta que nos quede un pure cremoso.

Sazona la carne con salsa de ajo, soya y una pizca de sal.

Luego colocar encima el jamón y los quesos a la carne y doblar como se muestra en la foto para luego pasarlo por harina, huevo y pan.

Agregar aceite al sarten dejar calentar y colocar el cordon blue que se fría por los dos lados.

Ya listo todo, emplatamos colocando aguacate para más sabor y color a nuestra receta de hoy, espero les haya gustado y se animen hacerla es fácil pero sobretodo deliciosa.
