Hola amigos de la comunidad de Catarsis espero que se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy quiero hacer una pequeña reflexión para mí y para todos porque se que este año ha traído tanto cosas buenas como también cosas no tan buenas. En estos últimos años he pasado por muchas pruebas y desafíos, pero hoy puedo decir con convicción que me siento afortunada por haber descubierto el propósito que Dios ha puesto en mi vida. Todos tenemos un propósito, una razón por la cual estamos aquí, y el mío creo que es enseñarle a otras personas que siempre se puede seguir adelante sin importar lo que pase, y que aunque a veces cueste, hay que sonreírle a la vida.
Hello friends of the Catharsis community, I hope you are doing well today I want to make a little reflection for me and for everyone because I know that this year has brought both good things and not so good things. In these last years I have gone through many trials and challenges, but today I can say with conviction that I feel fortunate to have discovered the purpose that God has put in my life. We all have a purpose, a reason why we are here, and I believe mine is to teach other people that you can always move forward no matter what happens, and that even though sometimes it is hard, you have to smile at life.
No siempre he sido una persona religiosa. Hubo etapas en mi vida en las que me alejé de Dios y de mi fe, y me sentía perdida y sola. Pero ahora, al mirar hacia atrás, puedo ver cómo Dios ha estado presente en cada paso de mi vida, cuidándome y guiándome, como un padre lo haría con su hijo. Este año en particular, he experimentado la bondad de Dios de una manera asombrosa. Fui sometida a una operación de rodilla que resultó exitosa, y mi salud mejoró considerablemente. I have not always been a religious person. There were times in my life when I drifted away from God and my faith, and I felt lost and alone. But now, as I look back, I can see how God has been present in every step of my life, caring for me and guiding me, as a father would his child. This year in particular, I have experienced God's goodness in an amazing way. I underwent a knee operation that was successful, and my health improved considerably. It was a long and painful process, but in every moment of pain, I felt God's hand holding me and giving me strength. It made me think of all the things I have to be thankful for.

Este año también he sido testigo del lado más fuerte de mí misma y de mi familia. Mis hermanos han tenido muchos momentos de éxito, que se ganaron a punta de esfuerzo y perseverancia. Estoy realmente orgullosa de ellos y agradezco a Dios por haberlos puesto en mi vida como inspiración y apoyo.
But it has not only been my health, it has also helped me heal emotionally. I have gone through difficult times in my life, times of doubt and hopelessness, but in those dark moments, I always felt God's presence by my side, reminding me that there is hope and that he has a plan for me. This year I have also witnessed the stronger side of myself and my family. My siblings have had many moments of success, which they earned through hard work and perseverance. I am truly proud of them and thank God for putting them in my life as inspiration and support.
El cambio que he experimentado en mi vida ha sido grande. Ahora siento que Dios siempre está conmigo, acompañándome y dándome las respuestas a mis necesidades. Miro hacia atrás y veo el camino recorrido, y me doy cuenta de lo fuerte que he sido porque elegí vivir a pesar del miedo y la incertidumbre. Sé que Dios nunca me abandonará, que siempre estará a mi lado, sosteniéndome y guiándome.
The change I have experienced in my life has been great. Now I feel that God is always with me, accompanying me and giving me the answers to my needs. When I go to sleep at night, I talk to God as if He were my best friend. I thank Him for my health and for my family, for always keeping us together and for never forgetting me. It is in the difficult times that one realizes the truly important things in life. I look back and see the road I have traveled, and I realize how strong I have been because I chose to live in spite of fear and uncertainty. I know that God will never abandon me, that He will always be by my side, sustaining and guiding me.
Estoy agradecida por cada día de vida que se me ha dado, por cada oportunidad de aprender y crecer. Estoy agradecida por los momentos de felicidad y por los momentos de tristeza, porque han moldeado mi carácter y me han hecho más fuerte. Estoy agradecida por mi familia, por su amor incondicional y por su apoyo inquebrantable. En este año que está por terminar, me siento bendecida y agradecida. Dios ha sido mi compañero constante, mi guía y mi fuerza. Me ha mostrado que siempre hay una salida y que en medio de las tormentas, siempre hay una luz de esperanza. Así que, aquí estoy, lista para seguir adelante, para enfrentar los nuevos desafíos que la vida me presente. Sé que habrá momentos difíciles, pero también sé que Dios estará a mi lado, dándome la fuerza para superar cualquier obstáculo. Y mientras siga sonriendo a la vida, sé que todo estará bien.
I am grateful for every day of life I have been given, for every opportunity to learn and grow. I am thankful for the moments of happiness and for the moments of sadness, because they have shaped my character and made me stronger. I am thankful for my family, for their unconditional love and unwavering support. In this year that is about to end, I feel blessed and grateful. God has been my constant companion, my guide and my strength. He has shown me that there is always a way out and that in the midst of the storms, there is always a light of hope. So, here I am, ready to move forward, to face the new challenges that life presents to me. I know there will be difficult moments, but I also know that God will be by my side, giving me the strength to overcome any obstacle. And as long as I keep smiling at life, I know that everything will be okay.
